For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jjl4. By registering an account on the jjl4 platform, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set forth in this document.

Your continued use of the jjl4 services following any modification to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from creating an account or using the jjl4 services. jjl4 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not accept these Terms in their entirety.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use an account on the jjl4 platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. jjl4 strictly enforces age verification requirements in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a legal resident of the Philippines or be physically located within the territory of the Philippines at the time of registration and at all times while using jjl4 services.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is prohibited by local, national, or international law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jjl4, PAGCOR, or any other relevant regulatory authority.
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from the jjl4 platform for violation of these Terms or for any fraudulent activity.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party when using jjl4 services.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access the gaming services offered by jjl4, you must create a User Account by completing the registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile telephone number.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account with jjl4. The creation of multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false information is strictly prohibited. jjl4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or winnings.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjl4 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Any activity that occurs through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You agree to notify jjl4 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security. jjl4 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain Account security.

4.3 KYC Verification

As part of our regulatory compliance obligations, jjl4 requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process involves submitting copies of government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID) and proof of residential address.

jjl4 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time and to suspend an Account until such verification is completed to our satisfaction. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jjl4 accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), and approved cryptocurrency options. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the jjl4 platform at the time of transaction.

You agree that all funds deposited into your jjl4 Account are your own, are not derived from illegal or fraudulent activity, and are not being deposited on behalf of any third party. jjl4 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that is suspected to violate these Terms or applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be made through the jjl4 platform using the designated withdrawal methods. jjl4 aims to process withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes under normal circumstances, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and verification requirements.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jjl4 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will typically be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

Withdrawal requests may be declined if your Account has not met the minimum wagering requirements, if KYC verification is incomplete, if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, or if you are in breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

5.3 Fees and Limits

jjl4 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors (such as banks or e-wallet providers) may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees imposed by third parties.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games offered on the jjl4 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. The outcome of each game is random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by jjl4 or by any User.

You acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that you may lose funds wagered on the jjl4 platform. jjl4 does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for any losses incurred through your use of the Services.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets offered on jjl4 are subject to specific rules governing bet acceptance, settlement, voided bets, and dispute resolution. These rules are available on the jjl4 platform and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

jjl4 reserves the right to void any bet or settle any market based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In cases of abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled events, specific settlement rules will apply as outlined in the jjl4 sports betting rules.

6.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. You agree to conduct yourself respectfully while interacting with live dealer personnel and other players. Abusive, offensive, or disruptive behaviour directed at dealers or other users will not be tolerated and may result in immediate Account suspension.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

jjl4 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be clearly stated at the time each promotion is offered.

Bonuses credited to your jjl4 Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated in the specific bonus terms and conditions.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Bonuses are intended for recreational use by genuine players. jjl4 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — together with any winnings derived from that bonus — if jjl4 reasonably suspects that a User is exploiting promotional offers, using bonus abuse strategies, or participating in coordinated betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered Account holder. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be transferred between jjl4 Accounts.

7.3 Welcome Bonus

New Users who register a verified Account with jjl4 may be eligible for a welcome bonus as outlined in the current promotional terms displayed on the jjl4 platform. The welcome bonus is available only once per User, household, device, or IP address. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through the creation of multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent Account suspension.

8. Responsible Gaming

jjl4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to protecting vulnerable individuals from the potential harms associated with problem gambling. We provide the following tools and resources to assist Users in maintaining control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their jjl4 Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set a maximum duration for each gaming session. A notification will be displayed when the session limit is approaching.
• Reality Checks: Users may configure periodic reminders that display session duration and net gaming activity during active play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to stop gambling on jjl4 may request a self-exclusion period ranging from thirty (30) days to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for their stated duration.
• Account Cooling-Off: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period without permanent self-exclusion.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jjl4 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the jjl4 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Users to exploit games, bonuses, or promotional offers;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the jjl4 platform, its servers, or its software;
• Using the jjl4 platform to engage in any form of commercial gambling operation, including acting as a broker or intermediary for third-party betting;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jjl4 staff or other Users;
• Attempting to claim bonuses or promotions under multiple identities or through coordinated groups of Users.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the jjl4 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, game designs, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jjl4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the jjl4 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jjl4 content without the prior written consent of jjl4.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjl4, its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the jjl4 platform or services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds wagered or deposited;
• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings;
• Technical interruptions, platform downtime, or connectivity issues beyond jjl4's reasonable control;
• Errors or delays in payment processing attributable to third-party providers such as GCash, Maya, or banking institutions;
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jjl4's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

jjl4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at any time and without prior notice if jjl4 determines — at its sole discretion — that the User has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other Users.

Upon termination of an Account, any bonus balance or pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of termination will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with jjl4's internal compliance procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

Users who wish to close their jjl4 Account voluntarily may do so by contacting jjl4 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Internal Complaints Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the jjl4 services, you should first contact jjl4 customer support directly. jjl4 is committed to resolving all complaints fairly and in a timely manner. Please provide full details of your complaint including your Account username, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting documentation.

jjl4 aims to acknowledge all complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and to provide a resolution within five (5) business days of receipt of all relevant information. For complex disputes, an extended resolution timeframe may apply, in which case jjl4 will keep you informed of progress.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

jjl4 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting of the updated Terms on the jjl4 platform. Where changes are material, jjl4 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Users via email or on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the jjl4 platform following any posted modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.
